Who can make a referral?
Anyone can make a referral although most come from from other short-and-long-term rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, county agencies, the court system and agencies that offer treatment as an alternative to incarceration.
In addition to the referral sources cited above, the Supportive Living Program accepts most referrals from people who have recently successfully completed a long-term residential program either at TNS or a similar facility.
Women must be 18 years of age or older, in good physical health and mentally able to participate in program activities. A woman must also be able to demonstrate motivation towards her recovery. We understand that individuals present with coexisting disorders, therefore all women referred to TNS are assessed for admission appropriateness on a case-by-case basis.
For admission to either program, please contact TNS Intake at 518-465-5249 or fax a release and relevant material to 518-462-0896.
Material will be reviewed and you will be contacted in as timely fashion as possible to continue the admissions process.
